Minor: If the incident or accident did or had the potential to result in a first aid or could have resulted in property or equipment damage ranging from $1.00 to $500.00.
Probability of Occurrence: Are categories referring to the frequency potential.
Frequent: Having a potential to occur four (4) or more times per year.
