DEFINITIONS
Occasional: Having a potential to occur one (1) to three (3) times per year.
Seldom: Having the potential to occur no more than once per year.
Negligible: An isolated incident.
Hostile Threat: Is a statement or act that indicates intent to harm, or jeopardize the health or safety of Bay Ltd. employees, authorized visitors to the site, or to property or equipment.
