Natural Disaster: (For the purposes of this training) refers to uncontrollable situations that could result in losses, including Tropical Storms, Hurricanes, Tornado's, Flooding, etc.
Loss Severity Potential: Are categories of loss potential results.
Major: If the incident or accident did or had the potential to result in an occupational injury or illness resulting in death or hospitalization, or property or equipment damage that would exceed $5,000.00.
