RESPONSIBILITIES

Manager:
Is the administrator of this EAP and is responsible for the implementation and effectiveness of this plan as well as ensuring its provisions are adequate. The Manager is responsible for ensuring that all personnel are trained in accordance with the provisions detailed in the EAP.

HSE Safety Supervisor:
Shall serve as technical advisor for the EAP and shall consult with the Manager or his/her designee (s), in providing technical advise towards the health and safety of Bay Ltd. employees and visitors. The Bay Ltd. Vice President of Human Resources/Safety shall assist where necessary, and shall assist in coordinated efforts toward compliance.
