ANNUAL REVIEW AND REVISIONS
The Emergency Action Plan will be reviewed at least annually. It shall be
revised if necessary.
VISITORS
v A Management Representative shall escort all visitors around the facility.
v Visitors shall be accounted for via signing in and out of the facility.
