Severe Bleeding and Wounds

v Use a clean cloth and apply direct pressure over wound.
v Elevate body part.
v If severe bleeding continues, use pressure over blood vessel (pressure point) nearest the wound.
v Add more cloth if blood soaks through. Do not remove soaked compress.
