incidents resulting in occupational injuries or illness shall be investigated.

shall report all occupational injuries or illnesses to their immediate supervisor.

employee shall administer medical assistance above his or her level of qualification.

first aid kits or comfort stations shall be equipped with bloodborne pathogen
kits.

first aid providers shall receive training in bloodborne pathogens (annually).

first aid providers shall use bloodborne pathogen equipment while administering
first aid.
v No
visitors shall be permitted to administer first aid.

Bay Ltd. Supervisor shall escort all employees or visitors to the medical
facility.
