v All fire incidents shall be reported and investigated.
v All walkways and working surfaces shall be clean and general housekeeping shall be addressed at least daily.
v Trash should be emptied daily and not allowed to accumulate in the work area.
v All hazardous (flammable/combustible) material shall be stored in proper containers or storage facilities.
